Information handled by the site

The contact form asks for your name, email address, inquiry type, and message. When you submit it, the form sends those fields to Web3Forms, the form-processing service, so the Live Markets team can receive and respond to the inquiry. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

The app does not require an account. Depending on the feature, your browser may store a theme preference, watchlist, recent asset searches, and cached news or analysis responses in local storage. A temporary news cache may also use session storage. These values are used by the app on that browser; they are not an account record or a cross-device sync. You can clear them through your browser’s site-data controls.

Analytics and cookies

The app contains optional Umami event calls, but the application source does not load an analytics script. Analytics are sent only if an operator or deployment separately supplies a compatible Umami script; whether that is enabled in a particular deployment cannot be determined from the app code alone.

Live Markets may use third-party advertising services, including Google AdSense. Advertising may or may not be displayed, and its availability and placement can vary over time. Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies depending on their configuration; their processing is subject to their own privacy practices. The application source alone does not establish which ads or advertising technologies are active in a particular deployment.

Service requests and logs

The API service logs request method, path without query parameters, and response status for operational purposes. Its application request log does not intentionally record form message contents, IP addresses, or browser user-agent strings. Hosting and network providers may process connection metadata such as IP address, device/browser details, and request time to deliver and protect the service. The app does not define those providers’ retention periods.

Market-data and other providers

Market-data and news requests are handled through the site’s API and its current providers. The app does not send your contact-form details with ordinary market-data requests. Provider availability, methods, and coverage can vary by asset and feature.

Contact submissions are processed by Web3Forms. Its handling and retention are also subject to its own terms and privacy information. Live Markets does not publish a fixed retention period for contact submissions or hosting logs.

Referral links

Some pages contain Lear Capital referral links. Following one opens a third-party tracking or referral service that may process request information, such as the link identifier, time, and standard browser/network metadata, and may use its own cookies or similar technologies. The links use a no-referrer setting, but the third party’s own processing is governed by its policies. Live Markets may receive information that a referral resulted in a qualifying action.

For questions about information you submitted, or to request access to or deletion of information within Live Markets’ control, email contact@livemarkets.org or use the Contact page. We will review requests and respond where we can; information held by Web3Forms, hosting providers, or referral services is also subject to their policies and processes.
